JOB TYPE: Permanent / Long Term on Direct Employer's Payroll
QUALIFICATIONS: Degree / Masters in any Engineering discipline + Primavera P6 expertise
EXPERIENCE: Around 8 to 10 years in large ground mounted Solar PV Plant EPC projects of 500MW to 1GW+ scale.
Detailed Job Description
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish project control plan & Procedures for all upcoming projects.
- Guide the project team in preparation of project control plans, L2, L3, L4 schedules & other project control related templates.
- Prepare L1/L2 schedules for new bidding projects.
- Monitor multiple projects & circulate weekly dashboards.
- Identify critical path/critical activities and escalate for actions.
- Prepare presentations to various management meetings.
- Participate in all internal/client/vendor progress meetings.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Good Work experience with Primavera P6
- Lead project control for large scale projects
- Extensive knowledge of power point & Excel
