QUALIFICATIONS	Regular Full Time Electrical Engineering Degree
EXPERIENCE	10 to 15 years with at least 8 years in Contracts Management in GIS Substations & OHTL EPC projects
DESIRABLE	Experience on Saudi / Middle East projects
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES	Manage and administer contracts for T&D projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and standards.
	Coordinate with various teams (engineering, procurement, etc.) to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
	Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
	Track and manage project progress, including reviewing variations and claims.
	Manage risk assessments and assist with dispute resolution.
	Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders in legal and contractual matters.
	Visit project sites across Saudi Arabia as needed to monitor progress and resolve issues.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:	Proven experience in contract negotiation, administration, and management.
	Strong understanding of the T&D industry, project lifecycle, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
	Proficient in risk management, dispute resolution, and cost control.
	Excellent communication and leadership skills.
	Ability to travel and visit project sites across KSA.
