JOB TYPE: Permanent / Long Term on Direct Employer's Payroll

QUALIFICATIONS: Regular Full Time Civil / Electrical Engineering Degree (Part Time / Correspondence Degree / Diploma holders are not eligible)

EXPERIENCE: 7 to 10 years in GIS Substation EPC projects in Oil & Gas industry

AGE LIMIT: 55 years

MUST HAVE: Some experience in Saudi Arabia / Middle East projects

FIRST PRIORITY: Saudi Aramco Approved candidates

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinate the timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment for projects.

Manage and track material requisitions to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project schedules.

Communicate with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve any delivery or quality issues.

Oversee Material Inspection processes to ensure materials meet quality standards and project specifications.

Liaise with internal departments (procurement, logistics, engineering) to ensure the smooth flow of materials to project sites.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date material inventory records in ERP systems

Ensure that materials are properly stored and handled in compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

Assist with the preparation and review of Material Expediting reports, ensuring project timelines are met.

Address and resolve any material shortages, delays, or discrepancies with suppliers and vendors.

Support the procurement team by providing updates on material status and helping with order tracking.

Ensure compliance with Aramco’s procurement policies and regulatory standards for materials.

Monitor supplier performance and communicate any concerns or required actions to the relevant teams.
