EXPERIENCE | 15+ years experience in 132KV+ GIS Substations EPC projects in Oil & Gas industry |
AGE LIMIT | 55 years |
MUST HAVE | Some experience on Saudi Arabia / Middle East projects |

JOB DESCRIPTION | Lead the Project team and engage with all stakeholders and clients across technical, commercial, and management aspects. |
| Review and analyze client requirements and specifications. |
| Coordinate with the Design Engineering and technical support team for reviewing technical specifications, ensuring compliance, and managing cost estimation and design coordination for SS electrical, civil, and mechanical works. |
| Prepare and monitor Project Job Cost Analysis in line with project duration, milestones, and cash flow requirements. |
| Monitor and review the Project Time Schedule as per client requirements and approval. |
| Responsible for scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting of projects, and monitoring. |
| Maintain and complete Project Key Performance Indicators. |
| Responsible to Finalize subcontracts through the planning team and procure major equipment and materials through the SCM team. |
| Clear technical and commercial issues with clients and project stakeholders. |
| Monitor site activities from the award of the job to commissioning. |
| Oversee project invoicing as per project timeline and cash flow requirements. |
| Optimize costs, control expenses, and manage project finances. |
| Complete all works and activities as per Scope of Work within the stipulated operational budget. |
| Prepare for energization, clear project snags with clients, and hand over the project. |
| Close out punch points after energization to obtain the final completion certificate. |
| Heading weekly and monthly progress review meetings with clients and site consultants. |
| Actively engaging team members by delegating tasks appropriately on both long-term and day-to-day bases. |
| Review value engineering and constructability, and pursue desired changes to increase sales, margin, and lower risk exposure. |
| Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and update critical issues for top management decision-making. |
| Devise strategies to overcome roadblocks or delays using industry knowledge, innovative shortcuts, or alternative methods. |
| Provide vital inputs to daily and periodic project progress and status reports to top management and stakeholders, and monitor, track, and report project cash flow. |
| Effect skill on solving the problems and making the decisions with analysis, data’s, records and experience. |
| Monitor safety and quality compliance in the project. |
| Provide necessary resources to the team for timely execution of the project. |
| Conduct safety and quality internal and external audits as per client and standard requirements. |
| Ensuring the compliance of Safety and Quality standards and specification requirements. |
