QUALIFICATIONS |
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering |
EXPERIENCE |
12 to 15 years of experience in in construction P&M management, including 5+ years on Aramco projects. |

ROLE |
To lead and manage all P&M-related operations for Aramco projects, ensuring optimal equipment selection, utilization, and maintenance in compliance with Aramco standards, while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence on site. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Lead all Plant & Machinery functions in strict adherence to Aramco procedures and project specifications. |

Identify and allocate suitable equipment for specific construction activities, ensuring compatibility with site conditions, productivity requirements, and safety standards. |
|
Apply strong technical knowledge to evaluate and select the most appropriate equipment (e.g., crawler/Mobile cranes, excavators, concrete batching plants, compaction equipment, lifting gear, etc.) based on the nature of the job. |
|
Make informed decisions on equipment usage and deployment to achieve cost optimization without compromising performance or safety. |
|
Analyze operating costs, fuel consumption, productivity data, and maintenance records, to propose cost-saving alternatives and process improvements. |
|
Coordinate with planning and execution teams to align equipment availability with project schedules. |
|
Maintain accurate equipment documentation and ensure compliance with Aramco audit, safety, and certification requirements. |
|
Interface with Aramco representatives and third-party inspection agencies for approvals and compliance-related matters. |
|
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, operators, and technicians. |
|
Monitor equipment utilization, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. |
|
Enforce HSE policies related to equipment operation and site safety. |
KEY SKILLS: |
Strong technical understanding of a wide range of construction equipment, including lifting, earthmoving, concrete, and support equipment. |
|
Proven ability to match equipment to job tasks efficiently to reduce cost and improve productivity. |
|
Familiarity with Aramco documentation, inspection protocols, and equipment standards. |
|
Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and analytical skills. |
